The native was born on 18.07.1956 at 22.45 born Latitude 28.39 (M), Longitude 77.13 (E) when Pisces ruled by Jupiter was rising at 10 degree and 15 minutes. Lagna Lord Jupiter is in the 6th house in Magha Nakshtra ruled by Ketu who among others represent physician/ doctors. The native had VENUS in its own sign Taurus but in Chalit it goes to Gemini i.e. from 2nd house to 4th house because of the last degree of 29.41 minutes. So is the case with Mars in the 12th house at 27 degree and in Chalit it comes to Lagna in the Sing of Jupiter – a friend. One trine i.e. 5th house make Budh Aditya Yoga with Sun and Mercury therein and this Budh Aditya Yog continues in Nacamasa, Dekkana, chathuramasa and Dasamsa i.e. it continues to be powerful in these Vargas.

The trine i.e. 9th house is occupied by the Moon, Saturn (retrograde) and Rahu but aspected by Venus in the Birth Chart and in Chalit. Venus aspect the 10t house instead of ninth. In Navamsha, Venus gets debilitated in the 12t house. Saturn is aspecting the Moon (debilitated in the birth chart but exalted in Chaturamsa). With reference to Ascendant of Dasamasa i.e. Aquarius, the native being an industrialist is possible because 10th Lord is in ninth with Jupiter and Venus and Sun Mercurry in Dhana Bhava.

The main point consideration in this chart if the determination of ‘academic or professional qualification’ if any. Before coming to the position of planets in the case of the native under consideration, it would be desirable to mention the following broad astrological principles for determining the level of acquisition of education by any person:

Second House                          –           Basic and primary education.

Fourth House                           –           Main academic education specially about graduation if the field of education is diversified i.e. some diploma etc

Fifth House                               –           Graduation or near thereto.

Ninth House                             –           Post Graduation, and

Eleventh House                         –           Higher Education

The known and accepted significators for education are the Mercury and Jupiter but the role of the Moon in acquiring education cannot be ruled out. Since mind is the Moon and as such the Moon has definite role to play in the field of education-depending on the placement of the Moon-aspects its receive etc. it becomes inevitable for me to say that the Moon represents ‘Chitta’ or emotions of all shorts. The Moon represents the highest state of mind and learning of all kinds of liquids, including water and milk. The native in this case can be manufacturer of medicines or other liquids. Learning in infancy is also governed by the Moon. Moon has been equated to ‘eye and no education are possible without eye-sight. Though in modern times, even a blind man can study.

The problem posed in this horoscope is about the academies and professional qualifications. What constitutes ‘education’ for purposes of astrology would differ from native to native and in view of the modern times, astrology would cover education from primary to secondary, secondary to graduation and graduation to higher studies etc. At the same time it mentioned that would ‘education’ is a word of wide import and taking the dictionary meaning ‘education’ stand for instructions, strengthening the powers of the body and mind. Further, the education include ‘culture’, technical education, and cover various fields of art, music, drama, archaeology. It can be said that the ‘education’ have come to stay for the process of training and developing the knowledge, skill and covers normal schooling. Education cannot be restricted to scholastic education only. It would cover all steps of learning apart from leaning through schools/colleges/universities.

The native’s Moon at the time of birth was in Scorpio (debilitated Moon) ruled by Mars. The moon is also with two malefic Saturn and Rahu though they have some benefic aspect of Venues who has changed her position in Chalit. Therefore, the Moon is badly afflicted thus creating hurdles in the matter of application of mind (Moon in mind) i.e. education. But the little saver is Jyeshtha Nakshtra (4th Charan). Before processing further, it is stated that 9th house is also for father but as per facts the father of native is still alive. Jyeshtha born native normally keep their identity separate from other. Though outward expression of such native is very rude but such people are of purity of mind and are normally methodical.

With regard of professional qualifications, it is stated that role of Lagna, Lagna Lord, 10th House and 10th Lord cannot be ignored. In the case of native 10th house is Saggitarius and there are no planets – rather there are no planets in any Kendra. 10th Lord Jupiter is in the 6th house (hospitals, medicines etc.) and in the sign of the Sun in the Nakshtra of Ketu Magha Nakshatra and in turn Jupiter in the birth chart is aspected by Mars. In chlit Mars aspect the 4th House (education). Therefore as per astrological rules, his profession has to be with reference to the 10th Lord in relation to Ketu, Mars and Saturn. Even from the Moon – Lagna 2nd house (Dhana Bhava) belong to the Jupiter is in 6th house aspected by Mars and in the Nakshtra of Ketu. In view of the involvement of other planets, the native in the alternative has to be a marine engineer or mechanical engineer. The other fundamental principle of professional astrology is that if the Jupiter is connected with 10th house, the native will be engaged in good deeds. Rahu in 10th house in Dasamsa would also help in producing good professional results. Further, the aspect of Saturn on Jupiter would enable the native to have many servants and in view of the native being an industrialist, this principle is proved.

The birth of the native took place in Nakshtra Uttara-Bhadrapada governed by Saturn and irrespective of the degrees in education, one may have or may not have, that native normally acquires mastery over several subjects and if his education and proficiency is put forward to the world, he will be equal to a highly educated person. His interests in fine arts and ability to write prolonged articles cannot be ruled out. Again, Mars of the native in Puravbhadra ruled by Saturn – make the native practical in approach and would be honored.

With Mercury in Punarvasu ruled by Jupiter, the native is bound to attain high position and is normally a truth-full person. Further Jupiter’s’ position and the Nakshtra in which placed also speak of Engineer for construction buildings, make the native highly qualified and should have inherent quality of leadership. The native is also endowed to enjoy power and fame.

To sum up, it can be said that the Native has to be a doctor/engineer/highly learned person, 4th Lord Mercury creating a Budh-Aditya Yoga coupled with Jupiter aspecting the 10th House, 12th House and 2nd house would give the native the education above average or in the alternative intelligence of the highest order.

Though the point of marriage is not at issue but I have observed that in come of the horoscopes where there are no planets in Kendra, the marriage is usually delayed and in some cases it becomes a case of no marriage. But since the date of marriage is given, other astrologers may throw light on the said principle. However, from the Saha-Antra-dasha and Pratantra Dasha it is seen that the marriage took place on 27.01.1984 (Venus-Sun-Venus) Venus-Sun-Ketu having ended on 26.01.1984.
